Just a quick shout-out to those planning to attend Whitman this weekend, as well as those who are undecided.  If the caterpillar issue is holding you back, no worries - none sighted so far and it appears we'll be free of these pesky critters for this year (and hopefully the next 6 at least!)  The weather forecast is gorgeous, the road is clear and passable (even in a 2 wheel drive truck like mine) and we're putting in provisions for a worry-free weekend.  Please come join in, don't forget to register if you can on the website, and bring drinking water - a gallon a day per person plus an  extra gallon for the kitchen if you can swing it, plus a dish/snack for Friday night pot-luck if you're coming in Friday.
