This is the initial agenda put together by the  Coordinating Plan-It (CP) for the Annual Meeting our annual business meeting. It's gone through one smaller circle for consensus. CP are Cypress, Jade, Hummingbird, and Daisy Shaver.

Please note, we've planned a long lunch time on Saturday with a two-hour  break before dinner. So, please, consider dressing for dinner since we  have the time and we don't have to cook!!! We've built in lot's of play time. Saturday evening will feature a No Talent Show. Bring your  musical instruments, drums for after the Show. Seeking volunteers for Show coordination, meeting facilitation, a ritual.

• 2-3 pm Plan-it Breakouts: Please, Plan-its, formulate  your agendas prior to the Meeting
