Destiny begins plans for pouring it's foundation during the upcoming Fall Foliage gathering.

Folks coming to this year's Fall Foliage gathering will have even more reason to sing, "Pour it out for me" but I wouldn't drink it, it's concrete silly.

We're looking for ten people to help out - we'll be meeting Friday, Oct 6th, at 8 PM to have a team meeting to plan the foundation pour the next morning at 6:45 AM. The concrete truck will be rolling up our lane early so the pour can settle and begin to cure during the warmest part of the day and so we can smooth it out. 

Please snuggle your cars in the parking lot, consider car pooling and do not park or tent along the road as the concrete truck will need access.

Folks interested in helping with the pour should bring either farmer or rubber boots or old shoes they don't care about. Also bring your extra shovels so we can get the work done fast. Label your shovel with duck tape so you can take it home at the end of the weekend. 

Other folks who want to help can certainly get involved in the timber framing or work on the gardens or tent sites.
