We've all been working hard to make our land steward's arrival go smoothly, Daisy has been a constant contact over a year to make it possible for Dhamiboo to come to the land, Glitter and Tallean spiffed up the kitchen at the close of the last gathering, One Feather took it a step further by super organizing the kitchen and making the yurt look like a cute studio in the Village. And yesterday around 5:30 Dhamiboo arrived driving up the road with his dad. 

I was able to be there to help in showing him around, giving him local contact info and the details of how things run. W etoured the meadow and saw the tanks are in place at the kitchen and bath house. The Presby pipe is sitting stacked below at the mound site. waiting to go in. One Feather made a little supper and so began Dhamiboo's first day as our land steward. 

He has a bike which he plans to ride into town for things. But if anyone is stopping by it would be nice to coordinate if he needs anything. He has a cellphone so he's reachable. 

It will be nice to know that someone will be on the land during this construction phase to keep the place secure and to greet folks coming in to help out. So Welcome Dhamiboo and for everyone else try to be in touch with him to see how he's doing. Matt and Javi will likely be seeing him the most but I plan on trying to make it up a few times as well.
