As a plan-it of service, rather than an approving body, the
coordinating plan-it works as an equal with the other plan-its with the
specific responsibility of facilitating the process of the Circle.
We honor the loveliness with which each plan-it represents the Circle
and participation is open to all. In keeping with this value, rather
than being composed of a representative from each plan-it, the
coordinating plan-it will be representative of the Circle with
participation open to all. Specifically, this plan-it will:
- Call meetings of the Circle including the annual meeting, business and emergency circles.
- Ensure and facilitate that information flows among the plan-its, their moons and the Circle.
- Create and initiate the process by which conflicts are resolved and emergency decisions made as needed.
- Offer facilitation to other plan-its if requested. Facilitate the
drafting of new by-laws to reflect the Circle decision-making structure.
- Facilitate the drafting of a Bill of Responsibilities to the
Circle which will mirror the Bill of Responsibilities to the Land and
will reflect our commitment to the consensus process.
- Select from its participants the titular heads of Faerie Camp Destiny, Inc. at the annual meeting.
- Be responsible for ensuring that consensus decisions of the
Circle will be recorded in the Red Book/Green Book which resides on the
Tribal Memory Plan-it.
- Shepherd the process by keeping track of what the Circle and its
plan-its agree to do and remind the Circle and its plan-its when
necessary.
