InstructionsInstructions  Coarsly mash your avacado add the rest of the ingredients to taste. Some people add a little chopped tomato.
NotesNotes  Make this shortly before you want to serve it. If you have to wait an hour or so cover the surface with a bit of plastic wrap. Avacado turns brown when exposed to oxygen, putting the pit in the middle doesnt help (old wives tale).
